Photocathodes and Microchannel Plates

A semiempirical Ne KLL Auger spectrum with shakeup and shakeoff satellites has been constructed. The relative probabilities of different component spectra were obtained from 1s photoelectron results (shakeup) or from the experimental intensities of shakeoff Auger satellites. Calculated and exprimental energies and intensities are compared with each other.
