Asymmetric Synthesis and Catalysis

Abstract Bromalkyl‐cyclopentanone (IIa–IId) lassen sich durch Kochen mit Kalilauge glatt in Cycloalkan‐cyclopentanon‐(2)‐spirane überführen, von denen die Synthese der Spiroketone IIIa–IIId beschrieben wird. Weiter wird über die erste Darstellung des Bicyclo‐[1.2.3]‐octanons‐(8) (IVb) berichtet.
