ResumoAfter 60 h of ball milling, Fe-based and Cu-based supersaturated solid solutions form in the two alloy powders of Fe-1.7 C-15Ti, and Cu-3.3 C-13.3Ti, from which TiC dispersion strengthened alloys can be obtained after further milling to 100 h, or by vacuum heat treatment at 800°C for 1 h.
