Pharmacological Receptor Mechanisms and Effects

In seven reported cases coordination difficulties and changes in affect and behavior developed following the concurrent administration of isoniazid and disulfiram. The authors suggest the possibility that these compounds, when administered in combination, may significantly alter metabolism of brain catecholamines.
