On the determination of Vub and Vcb from semileptonic B decays

All available data on the inclusive semileptonic decays of B mesons are analyzed and it is found that |VubVcb|<0.20 at the 90% confidence level, and that |Vcb| =0.04±0.006. The experimental and theoretical model uncertainties in these determinations are critically discussed.
