An apparatus designed for the study of state selected ion-molecule reactions using synchrotron radiation as a light source is described. It has been installed in the UVSOR storage ring in Okazaki. Emphasis is placed on the new features of the system, including optical layout, nonline-of-sight steradiancy analyzer for threshold electrons, and dodecapole ion beam guide as a reaction chamber.
