It's terrific that ADA is currently embracing menu labeling; however, the article did not mention the hard work and dedication that many ADA members put in across the country to help enact local laws. Without these local laws, national menu labeling would never have happened. In many cases, local registered dietitians worked on menu labeling despite ADA's stated opposition or neutrality to these policies. Full-Text PDF
