ResumoAdministration of the hypolipidemic agents, Clofibrate and Nafenopin, to rats reversibly increases liver weight and Z protein concentration; ligandin concentration is depressed but total hepatic content is unaffected. Method for determination of Z protein by radioimmune assay is described.
