Marks is assistant professor and director of the postexperience master in the Department of Public Administration at Erasmus University Rotterdam. He also teaches courses in systems theory and evolutionary economics. Having studied economics and philosophy, his research focuses on complex decision-making processes from an evolutionary (economics) perspective.
