4--Substituted 5 , 6 -d i h y d r c ~b e n z o [ ~l 9 u i n a ~z l i n e s ( I V ) were -synthesized by the reaction of 4--chlor0-5,6-dihydrobenzo[h_Iquinazoline (11) with amines (111) and their inhibitory activity against platelet aggregation was investigated.
