Four sisters and a female cousin with angiokeratoma, of Mibelli are described. The three post-pubertal sisters and the cousin, and two other female relatives have erythema induratum-like lesions below the knees which appear in crops commencing soon after the menarche. There seems little doubt that a genetic factor is operating in this family.
