Addison, CPT, is an international practitioner of performance technology and performance consulting. He is the Director of Performance Technology for ISPI and consults with Fortune 500 organizations to help them align their business needs with bottom-line results. Roger is a frequent speaker at ISPI, the International Federation for Training and Development Organisations (IFTDO), and the American Society for Training and Development meetings. He received his doctorate in Educational Psychology from Baylor University. Roger received ISPI's awards for Member of the Year, Organization of the Year, and Outstanding Product.
