Resumo

In nature, DNA is a dynamic molecule regulated, reproduced, and destroyed using a host of enzymatic reactions. This report describes how templated DNA can be used as a dynamic material scaffold capable of being enzymatically reduced to smaller fragments and subsequently rejoined to become a long strand.
