ResumoABSTRACT The essential oil of two wild plants from Corsica, Calamintha nepeta subsp. glandulosa and Calamintha nepeta subsp. nepeta, were analyzed by Carbon-13 NMR spectroscopy and GC. The most frequent chemotype was menthone/pulegone. However, the menthone/pulegone ratio varies greatly according to the sample studied and the vegetative state of the plant.
