Paul's research interests include health and well-being of LGBT youth and the provision of social care services to older people and carers of diverse sexualities. He is currently the Chair of the Sexuality in Social Work Symposium (UK). Nicki Ward is a Social Work Lecturer in the School of Social Policy at the University of Birmingham. Her research and teaching interests focus on ethics, values, identity and relationships of care. Julie Fish is Reader in social work and health inequalities at De Montfort University, Leicester.
