Resumo

Agarose derivatized withp-nitrophenyl-N-acetyl-β-d-glucosamine was used for affinity chromatography for soluble galactosyltransferase from various sources. Moreover, this adsorbant acts as an acceptor for galactose when incubated with prepurified galactosyltransferase.
