ResumoSimulations of the origin, expansion, and interaction of the first galactic civilizations to arise suggest a chronology of events which have possible implications for the resolution of Fermi's Paradox. These are considered and an "Interdict Hypothesis" is proposed to explain the absence of any obvious signs of extraterrestrial presence in the Solar System.
