ResumoUnivalent antineuraminidase antibodies inhibit the enzymatic activity of fowl plague virus in vitro. When infected cells are exposed to Fab fragments, a full yield of newly synthesized virus can be demonstrated in the tissue culture medium, whereas the presence of bivalent antibodies inhibits virus release.
