Resumo

Abstract A tensor fascia lata musculo-cutaneous free flap has provided reconstruction of a traumatic lower leg defect in 1 operation. By inclusion of this flap's sensory nerve, an innervated musculo-cutaneous flap has been designed to satisfy the particular reconstructive requirement in certain areas for a neurosensory free flap.
