Resumo[Neodiaptomus meggitti Kiefer, 1932, is a rare, incompletely described species, hitherto known from Myanmar and Malaysia. It is now recorded from a tank at Port Blair, South Andaman, India, and redescribed, mostly using light microscopy. Furthermore, its biogeography and its morphological relationships are briefly discussed. Neodiaptomus meggitti Kiefer, 1932, est une espece decrite de facon incomplete, connue jusqu’a present de Myanmar et de Malaisie. Elle est maintenant signalee dans un reservoir a Port Blair, Andaman du Sud, Inde, redecrite, principalement en microscopie optique.
