ResumoTwo seco-adianane-type triterpenoids, dorstenic acid A and B, were isolated, along with a known isopimarane-type diterpenoid and six coumarins, from the roots of Dorstenia brasiliensis. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of their spectral data. The two triterpenoids showed moderate cytotoxicity against leukemia cells (L-1210 and HL-60).
