Resumo

The X-ray intensities of kaonic and pionic hydrogen atoms are calculated as functions of the hydrogen density and are compared to experimental data. Data on kaonic hydrogen are statistically not very significant, the comparison with the cascade results allows to test their intrinsic consistency. X-ray intensities from pionic hydrogen agree reasonably with the results of the cascade model.
