Resumo

We report simultaneous measurements of neutron-capture prompt gamma emissions as well as neutron reflectivity on a polymer film with an embedded Gd layer. Enhanced \ensuremath{\gamma}-ray signals and reduced neutron reflectivity were observed when the neutron standing waves were resonantly amplified in the film. Fitting of both the \ensuremath{\gamma}-ray and reflectivity data is of significant aid in uniquely characterizing the depth profile of the polymer film as well as locating the Gd layer.
