ResumoThe archaeological excavation in 2004 in the square of the Jewish Quarter of Teruel provided a solid stratigraphy, which has allowed us to recognize a chapter in the evolution of the ceramic used in the south of Aragon between 1250 and 1350, approximately. From the previous adaptation techniques and containers, was setting up a new utensils for feudal society was consolidating after the conquest of peninsular Levante.
