In Brief IMPLICATIONS: We report the successful management and outcome of spinal anesthesia for Cesarean delivery in a woman with a surgically corrected Arnold Chiari Type 1 malformation, a seizure disorder, and idiopathic thrombocytopenia of pregnancy.
