ResumenResumenLa mayoría de los estudios que se han centrado en el uso de la alegoría en el Laberinto de Fortuna han enfocado las tres ruedas y su ‘sistema penal del universo’ (en palabras de C. R. Post). Sin embargo, Mena utiliza varias otras alegorías en su poema: la diosa Belona y su carro, dos llanos (que identifica como ‘plano’ y ‘planura’), la nube y la casa de la Fortuna. Desatendidas hasta ahora, estas serán el tema de este artículo.AbstractMost studies of the use of allegory in the Laberinto de Fortuna have focused on the three wheels and what C. R. Post called its ‘penal system of the universe'. However, Mena uses various other allegories in his poem: the goddess Bellona and her chariot, two plains (which he calls ‘plano’ and ‘planura’), the cloud and the house of Fortune. These neglected aspects form the subject of this article.
