ResumoExtramammary Paget's disease (EMPD) is a rare intraepithelial adenocarcinoma, affecting mainly 50–70-year-olds with a female preponderance of 3:1. Exposure to polyaromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) is associated with a substantial risk of skin cancer. We report a case of 64-year-old male with longstanding occupational exposure to used engine oil presenting with EMPD of the left scrotum and groin.
