A review of the literature revealed 5 cases of vaginal erosion of the graft used for sacral colposuspension. Traditional management is by laparotomy if vaginal repair has failed. This is the first reported case of laparoscopic removal of Gore-Tex mesh that had eroded through the vagina combined with intracorporeal vaginal repair. (J GYNECOL SURG 11:177, 1995)
