ResumoReal-time continuous glucose monitoring and the insulin pump have been combined into the Sensor-Augmented Pump system (Medtronic MiniMed, Northridge, CA). This short-term pilot trial demonstrated that pediatric subjects with type I diabetes improved mean hemoglobin A1c (A1c) and glucose levels and reduced hypoglycemia and hyperglycemia using the Sensor-Augmented Pump system.
