Resumo

Interferometric measurements of the complex permittivity of N,N-dimethylaceramide in CCl4 in the 3.4 to 67.7 GHz range at 20, 35 and 50°C are reported. The relaxational properties of the system can be described by a simple Debye model. The relaxation time and dipole reorientation activation energy of the amide are determined.
