ResumoKey Points Early clonal dominance may distinguish chronic myelomonocytic leukemia from other chronic myeloid neoplasms with similar gene mutations. Early dominance of TET2-mutated cells in the hematopoietic tissue promotes myeloid differentiation skewing toward the granulomonocytic line.
