ResumoThis article discusses the process of development of fashion products, a process that is rapidly changingface and constant exchange of information. Given this scenario, one approach stands out: designthinking. Therefore, this article aims to structure and suggest improvements to the development processof a product manufacturing industry, based on Design Thinking. For that was diagnosed in the processof product development and a proposal for intervention in order to strengthen the weaknesses identifiedby the analysis performed.
