ResumoPresentation of a case of malignant orbital teratoma. Pathologically, the tumor consisted of components derived from the three germinal layers, among which neuroblastic and rhabdomyoblastic elements of malignant nature. The clinical picture, the laboratory tests, histopathology, surgery and the post-operative course of this case are presented. The recurrence of the tumor, observed a few weeks after surgery, took a fulminant and dramatic course, leading to the patient's death.
