The goal of this article is to argue the moral precepts exposed in the Friar Alvaro Pais work, about the state of perfection evangelical, that in the medieval society of the first half century XIV, was represented by virginity. That's why in this article, the author opted to reflect concerning about Galician friar's marriage conception. Besides the human, social and inherent juridical aspects to the marriage, the author seeks to understand the moral precepts specified by the clergy, for the moderation of the relative habits the marriage institution as society orderer.
