No occupation has previously been associated with the development of this carcinoma. Thus, when we learned that two podiatrists had testicular carcinoma, it became important to investigate whether this profession has an increased incidence of testicular carcinoma.All male graduates and present students of The Pennsylvania College of Podiatric Medicine (established 1963) were sent a questionnaire inquiring whether they had ever been diagnosed as having testicular carcinoma.
