ResumoUlnar dimelia (mirror hand) is a rare congenital disorder, characterized by duplication of the ulna, absence of the radius and polydactyly. Approximately 60 cases have been reported worldwide. We present a new case, with its own distinguishing features. These features illustrate that the aetiology of ulnar dimelia is probably failure of differentiation of a part of the ray rather than its pure duplication.
