Resumo

The organic conductor bis(tetrathiotetracene)triiodide, (TTT)2I3, was prepared by Isett and Perez-Albuerne. The composition of the charge-transfer complex is shown in Scheme 1. This material was shown to be among the best of presently known organic conductors with a conductivity of 1000 Ω−1 cm−1 at room temperature. In order to study the iodide structure in this novel
