ResumoThe structure of the title compound has been solved from 5342 corrected intensities, R (R′) 0.067 (0.068), and confirms the trigonal planar coordination of the three ligands to platinum, with mean PtC(H) and PtC(F) separations of 2.027(10) and 2.173(9) Å. The crystals belong to the monoclinic space group P21/a with Z 4 in a unit cell, a 11.634(3), b 17.684(7), c 12.137(5) Å; β 108.59(3)° at 200 K. The variations in PtC and CC distances are discussed with reference to related compounds.
