Resumo

The managerial skills in a leader of a company, are a requirement of the same dynamics of business or organizational management, because assertive and effective communication is required to achieve the functioning of the different work groups that make the organization work correctly.efficient.The main objective is to analyze the importance of managerial skills in the efficient work performance of a leader within a business or government organization.Management skills are: technical skills, soft or communication skills and strategic skills.The methodology is qualitative, a theoretical-analytical dissertation is built from a theoretical review of different specialized literature on the subject.The information search was carried out using: redalyc, dialnet, scielo, google scholar, google book, etc.The selection of information was based on the following categories of analysis: leadership, management skills, efficient performance, business or government organization.The managerial skills that define the efficient work performance of a leader within a business organization are intrinsically related to technical knowledge, skills and communication skills to achieve teamwork and the achievement of objectives from an organization and strategic planning.according to the business sector or the field of action of the government institution.
