ResumoThis article presents the results of re-interpretation of VES and TEM soundings data set acquired in Bebedouro region in São Paulo State — Brazil. A total of 46 VES/TEM soundings were acquired in a region of 90 km2 located in the Paraná Sedimentary Basin. This article has two main goals, compare the joint inversion and the single inversion of VES and TEM in two large areas and obtain a new and more precisely geoelectrical model of the Bebedouro region, focusing the exploration in the shallow and deep sedimentary aquifers of the study area. The previous interpretation was based in geoelectrical models obtained by single inversion of the VES and TEM soundings. In this work we present the results with single inversion of VES and TEM sounding inverted by the Curupira Program (Bortolozo and Porsani, 2012) and a new interpretation based in the joint inversion of the both methodologies. The results from joint inversion permit to obtain a more reliable geoelectrical model and serve as an accurate guide to the exploration of groundwater.
