ResumoIn this article we discuss the stone decorated sarcophagi in the museum of Vienne (Isère, France). The material can be divided into two series. Besides the limestone production of a local workshop (chests with Erotes bringing the tabula of the inscription n° I. 2 and 3, or with an unusual motive of garland with a bird n° I. 1, or with strigili, columns and ascia) there also exist some marble fragments of chests (Endymion n° II. 1, a Satyr mask). The pieces can be dated to the end of the second and the beginning of the third century A. D.
