Les auteurs décrivent une méthode automatique de dépistage et d'identification d'allo-anticorps anti-érythrocytaires utilisant l'Auto-Analyzer. Cette méthode emploie un principe d'agglutination artificielle non spécifique permetant de potentialiser l'agglutination due à la présence d'un anticorps. Elle permet le dépistage et l'identification de la majorité des allo-anticorps dirigés contre des antigènes de groupes sanguins, à l'exception de certains anticorps naturels de type γM. An automated method for detecting and identifying anti-erythrocyte allo-antibodies using the Auto-analyzer was described. This method uses a non-specific artificial agglutination principle that enhances the agglutination caused by the presence of antibody. It allows the detection and identification of most allo-antibodies against blood-group antigens with the exception of certain naturally occuring antibodies of the γM type.
