ResumoChuveletro is an industrial company founded in the early 1980s, that produces residential showers and has a monopoly on sales to electrical stores in the region in which it operates.Since the entry of Eletroveiro to this market, Chuveletro has seen a significant loss of its market share, and urgent measures must be taken if the company is to survive.The purpose of this case study is to propose analysis and reflections and relationships on the themes of planning and strategy, competitive intelligence, organizational change, knowledge management, client value, and process improvement within the company.The use of this case study is recommended for the Business Processes and Strategic Management disciplines of undergraduate courses.
