ResumoThis article analyses the composition of the groups characterized like internal enemies and accused of disloyalty to the king in the northern province of Nueva Vizcaya during the government of the Borbones.It presents the arguments through which men of the XVIII century and the researches intend to explain the motives and purposes of these groups, and propose that the profusion of disloyal in the decade of 1770 must be understand in the context of a new point of view of the Borbones about the colonial society.
