Catalytic Alkyne Reactions

Abstract The cross-coupling of a number of internal arylalkynes with a representative terminal alkyne, tert-butyldimethylsilylacetylene, proceeds regio- and stereoselectively in the presence of a rhodium catalyst to produce the corresponding enyne compounds with good yield.
