Resumo

Four patients with Janz's "Impulsive Petit Mai" are described, with the characteristics of this disease, and its diferential diagnosis.The etiology, prevalence, asociation with other types of epilepsy, were analized, making aparalel between reports in the literature and the data obtained from our patients.Last of all, the critical and intercritical encefalografic characteristics, are described.
