ResumoThe purpose of this project is to study the performance of Brazilian journalism with regard to the international issues on the possible effects of Globalization. The aim is to identify the appearance of a new articulation of language that organizes, in a specific way, the international questions derived from such effects. It also intends to verify how these articulations of the language demonstrate the differences between the processes of international relations and the practices of international policy of the nations. This project tries to organize a research model less interested in the references to “communication and development” and more sensitive to the Global subject-matters
