A brief review is given of the problems and topics discussed at the Second Scientific-Technical Conference- School on Laser Isotope Separation, Held in Bakuriani (Georgian SSR) between March 6 and 13, 1977. The results of the First Conference, held in 1976, are also reviewed briefly.
