ResumoAbstract The Myzininae are newly recorded from Australia. Austromyzinum gen. n. is erected for Rhytidogaster pyxidatus Turner and Rhagigaster dissociatus Turner, both of which are redescribed, and A. transversum sp. n. All species are known from males only. Females of an unidentified species are placed tentatively in Austromyzinum. Cleftomyzinum gen. n. is erected for C. yokinense sp. n. A key to males is provided.
