ResumoThis article aims to establish a reflection on how the discursive strategies are used as cyberactivist practices. It´s also discussed the concept of cyberactivism. Thereunto, the discourse analysis of the video "What does it cost to change the world?", from the cyberactivist organization Wikileaks, is done, searching to identify which discourse strategies are used and with which purpose. The Semiolinguistic discourse analysis is done based on the work of Patrick Charaudeau (2005, 2006, 2008, 2010). It was found that the enunciator uses the elocutive enunciation and the argumentative persuasion by descriptive resources (effect of knowledge, confidence and gender) with the purpose of inducing, that means, make-make, or better, make-cooperate and place on the social debate their values of belief. Key words: Wikileaks, cyberactivism, discourse, semiolinguistic, discourse analysis.
